On Wednesday, Feb. 26, former Ruston High School standout JR Tollett’s current college team, the Louisiana Ragin’ Cajuns, won 9-7 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Southeastern Louisiana Lions.
The game took place at M. L. Tigue Moore Field at Russo Park. This was their first matchup against the Lions this season.
The Ragin’ Cajuns’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 28 at 6 p.m. at Cicerone Field at Anteater Ballpark against UC Irvine Anteaters.
