On Tuesday, Feb. 18, former Simsboro High School standout Shamarian Brantley’s current college team, the Grambling State Tigers, lost 17-2 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Louisiana-Monroe Warhawks.

The game took place at Lou St. Amant Field. This was their first matchup against the Warhawks this season.

The Tigers’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 21 at 4 p.m. at Jackie Robinson Training Complex against Alabama State Hornets.
