The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Martin Lemelle Jr., Martin Lemelle for Congress, refunded $500 to Cynthia Hester on October 27, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

According to the FEC data, the following reason was listed for the refunded expenditure: 'Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company'.

Martin Lemelle for Congress refunded $1,000 total since May 1.
