On Tuesday, Feb. 25, former Simsboro High School standout Shamarian Brantley’s current college team, the Grambling State Tigers, lost 14-3 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Arkansas Razorbacks.

The game took place at Baum-Walker Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Razorbacks this season.

The Tigers’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 28 at 6 p.m. at Wilbert Ellis Field at R.W.E. Jones Park against Texas Southern Tigers.
