On Friday, March 28, former North Webster High School standout Roc Hawthorne’s current college team, the Arkansas–Monticello Boll Weevils, won 5-4 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Harding Bisons.
The game took place at Jerry Moore Field. This was their fourth matchup against the Bisons this season.
The Boll Weevils’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, April 1 at 6 p.m. at Weevils Field at Union Bank Park against Southern Arkansas Muleriders.
