Louisiana Tech men’s basketball head coach Talvin Hester addressed the media on Tuesday during his regular weekly press conference. The Bulldogs are currently tied for fourth place in their league standings.
This week, Louisiana Tech will face Jacksonville State at home before traveling to play Kennesaw State on the road.
A’reil Williams won bronze in the high jump at a meet in Tennessee, continuing her successful season for Louisiana Tech. Three other Bulldogs advanced to event finals scheduled for tomorrow.
Matt Houston was selected for Conference USA’s Baseball All-Academic Team for his achievements both on the field and academically at Louisiana Tech University. He holds a high GPA while contributing strong statistics during this season.
Cobe Johnson secured gold for LA Tech Bulldogs & Lady Techsters Track and Field by winning the men’s long jump with his final attempt at Thursday’s meet in Tennessee. Several other athletes advanced to their respective finals after strong performances across multiple track events.
