Combination of boxing exercises on heavy bags, speed bags, and box master, with some full body exercises geared to keep your heart rate up! Recommended to have wrist wraps and/or boxing gloves. Reservations must be made before attending class. Participants are considered a “No Show” 5 minutes after the class starting time and their reservations will be given to the next available participant on the waitlist.
