This class is an intermix of mild cardio, muscle toning with weights, and abdominal segments targeted to strengthen the body and maintain a healthy heart. Reservations must be made before attending class. Participants are considered a “No Show” 5 minutes after the class starting time and their reservations will be given to the next available participant on the waitlist.
